Spinach with Lemon and Nutmeg

Ingredients

1 pkg. spinach (284 g)

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons butter melted

Pinch nutmeg

salt and pepper

Directions

Rinse spinach and shake off excess water. In large pot over medium heat, cook spinach with just the water clinging to leaves for 2 min. or just until wilted; drain well. Sprinkle with lemon juice, butter, nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste.
